Retreat Sample!

Recently on our annual retreat in Lancaster Pa.
This was a sample I made of the

I found it difficult to capture the true colors.

In hopes that everyone might want to quilt their quilts on a domestic machine. I quilted the whole quilt in straight line quilting or meandering, for a few ideas to share for the beginner free motion quilter.

Look for tomorrows post,  I will post some of the beauties that were made and brought to the retreat!

  1. Straight line and meander, when well placed, make for very attractive quilting. I hope your students take you up on it!

  5. Straight lines and meandering on a domestic machine huh? Well, you may find me unable to walk a straight line and meandering all over town if you asked me to replicate that quilting!!! Your quilt is a beautiful work of art, you are an exceptional quilter!!
