WIP Was A Guild Challenge !

Our guild challenged us to come to September's meeting with
a completed UFO!

3 years ago I joined the "Sisterhood Of The Traveling Triangles" swap on The Quilt Show. Edyta Sitar from Laundry Basket Quilts was the guest, you can watch that show here.  It has taken me this long to complete this collection of 1/2 square triangles.

                             Now This WIP Is COMPLETED!

There were over 230,000 hst's made, 600 quilters, 43 states and
4 continents that participated in this swap.
We could make whatever we wanted with the HST's.

Here is today's list of bloggers that are participating in the
"See You In September" blog hop.
(I post this Monday)

  2. This one caught my eye when I was scanning the other quilts over at Freshly Pieced. Low and behold it's you Helen!! What a lovely quilt. I bet you spent ages getting the right layout for all those HSTs. I love the lighter ones radiating out from the centre. You must be really pleased with it.

  4. Your quilt is beautiful! I love the burst of colors...I have something in mind sort of similar to this marinating in my head at the moment, haven't found the right fabric for the background yet. I was inspired by a video I saw online...Beautiful work!
